(The winning video is also then a contender for Drone Video of the Month.) Top AirVuz contributor denisbarbas won the Drone Video of the Week contest in late 2023 with this fantastic video of highlight footage from his DJI Inspire 3 drone.  The first new model in the Inspire line since 2016, the Inspire 3 is one of the most sophisticated aerial platforms on the market.  Released in the spring of 2023, it features a new camera (the Zenmuse X9-8K Air) capable of shooting 4k at 120 frames per second as well as in 8k.  The video was filmed in Iceland and the Dolomite Mountains in northeastern Italy.  

Enjoy this stunning travel video from Albania by AirVuz contributor by.Bradley.  Filmed with a DJI Mini 3 pro drone and supplemented with ground camera footage, the video will take you over this ancient land in the southeastern corner of Europe.  You will be treated to outstanding aerial views of magnificent castles overlooking river towns, towering mountains, and the famous Albanian Riviera coastline along the Adriatic Sea.  This video was picked as a Finalist for the Drone Video of the Week in December of 2023.  

Top AirVuz contributor ristypics brings us this fantastic travel video from Réunion, a French island in the Indian Ocean.  Located about 400 mi (around 640 km) east of the large African island of Madagascar, Réunion is part of the Mascarene Islands, which also include the island nation of Mauritius.  Filmed with a DJI Mavic Pro 3 drone, the video will take you over the island's spectacular coastline, interior rainforests, its very active volcano, and its migrant whales.  This video was a Drone Video of the Week Finalist.   

AirVuz contributor AndreaSagui earned a Finalist spot for the Drone Video of the Week contest in late 2023 with this stunning piece from Giau Pass in the Dolomite Mountains of northeastern Italy.  The pass connects the municipalities of Cortina d'Ampezzo (home of Italy's most famous ski resort) with Colle Santa Lucia.  It's in Belluno, one of the seven provinces which make up Italy's Veneto region.  The Dolomites, which are part of the Southern Limestone Alps, are shared with the neighboring Trentino-Aldo-Adigio region.  

Multiple DVOW Winner haussmannvisuals put together this outstanding reel of his best FPV drone shots over the course of 2023.  The video was filmed on multiple continents and features stunning footage from the northern part of Norway, Iceland, Italy, the the Swiss Alps, the Portuguese island of Madeira, the giant island of Greenland, and Germany.  This video was picked as a Finalist for the Drone Video of the Week in December of 2023 for the FPV Pilots to Watch list, and as a nominee for 2023 FPV Drone Video of the Year.
