Island of Adventure - A Journey Through Dominica
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
The island nation of Dominica is one of the Windward Islands in the eastern Caribbean Sea, situated between Guadeloupe and Martinique. With its active volcano of Mount Pelée, lush rainforests, gushing waterfalls, and the world's second largest hot spring, it has developed strong appeal as an eco-tourism destination. In this drone video by top contributor semberadventure, you can check out this beautiful spot, sometimes called variously the Nature Island of the Caribbean or the Green Island.

Dominica has 365 rivers, dozens of waterfalls, several climate zones, pristine reefs, 9 volcanoes, and remains a hidden gem in the Caribbean. This island is action packed and and it would takes years to see and do it all. If you are a nature lover, adventure seeker, hiker, diver, or just like to be outside; Dominica is a must do. In the summer of 2017, Hurricane Maria devastated the island and left almost no building standing, and not a leaf on a tree. Today, Dominica is still rebuilding and getting better than ever. Over a 9 day span, we had almost every attraction all to ourself.
