Les Trois Cuves

I love returning to this little geological wonder tucked away between the mountains, with its inviting shapes, in a world of conifers, lichen, pale and reddish rocks, and rushing water. It makes you wonder what force, sudden or patient, carved its way through the stone, allowing a little stream to blossom into this strange, beautiful expanse of water before eventually joining the Malbaie River. For now, at least, everything is just where it belongs.
