AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : First person view (FPV) pilot elbuhofpv brings us this rather haunting FPV tour of what was once the world's largest mental hospital: the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center on Long Island, east of New York City. At its peak after War II, the facility had nearly 14,000 residents. Now mostly abandoned, the facility was a filming location for the 1985 movie Murder by Reason of Insanity and it was referenced in Allen Ginsburg's classic poem, Howl. This Freestyle FPV flight put elbuhofpv on our AirVuz FPV Pilots to Watch list in November of 2019.
