The beating heart of this city (once the beating heart of the Holy Roman Empire) is Schonbrunn Palace, which was a summer residence of the Habsburg rulers, who for centuries ruled the world's most powerful empire out of Vienna. Using a DJI Spark drone, contributor W. Obereder created this marvelous aerial look at palace, which had a cameo appearance in the 17th James Bond film, The Living Daylights (1987).

Obreder, you'll get a bird's eye view of one of the most famous of these churches: Rektoratskirche. Also known as St. Charles Church, the landmark was commissioned in 1713 by the Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI. It was completed over two decades later, in 1737.
