Dutch Drone Gods - Showreel 2020

This insanely great video shared by Shaggy FPV shows the zany potential of FPV drones in capturing cinematic footage.  Shaggy and his pals Jedeye_FPV and ThomasFPV make up the group known as the Dutch Drone Gods, and we can see how they live up to their name.  They packed this edit to the gills with a wide variety of adrenaline charging footage, and you know some of those shots *just had to be* based on dares.  Doesn't matter though, because the video is a blast to watch and one we knew was a shoe-in for our FPV Pilots to Watch collection in February 2020.  Kudos, DDG!

Today's racing drones equipped with first person view gear are capable of diving the world's tallest skyscrapers.  In this piece by FPV pilot drew.drones, you'll get a one-of-a-kind perspective of one of China's tallest skyscrapers: the 101 story Shanghai World Financial Center.  Standing 492 meters (1.6k ft.), it was the city's tallest building when completed in 2008.  The second-tallest as of 2020, its trapezoid-shaped hole makes it one of the world's most distinctive modern skyscrapers.

Drone pilot JZFPV has got us feeling like a bird indeed, and most likely the happiest of them all as he cruises around the otherworldy views of Sedona, Arizona. The gorgeous rock formations pushing up from the grounds of the Arizona desert give this pilot plenty of obstacles to artistically cruise around. Watch as he surfs along the ridges, dives down the cliffs, and rolls around in the gaps between proving that amongst everything else cool about this geographic gem, the best place to be is in the air.

Shooting for the GoPro Million Dollar Challenge

VerJan FPV...

VerJan FPV clearly knows how to rock a much so that last year, he was one of the winners of the GoPro Hero 7 Black Million Dollar Challenge!  Of course he went after it again this year with a Hero 8 Black strapped to his racing drone, and he chased after the some adrenaline junkies and their B.A.S.E. jumping antics.  As if that sport alone wasn't impressive enough, this pilot's impressive flying around it all was pretty boss, and we reserved a spot on our February 2020 FPV Pilots to Watch list so we could shot it off!  Bravo VerJan FPV!
