FPV Pilots to Watch - March 25, 2022

Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist Jturner brings us this fantastic first person view (FPV) drone video from the Alps Mountains.  The video was captured over the course of a month-long ski trip through the region.  The piece features footage from the following locations: the village of Engelberg, in the canton of Oberwalden near the center of Switzerland; the villages of Grimentz and Zinal, in the southwestern Swiss canton of Valais; the village of Zermatt), near the Matterhorn; and the fabled Fench ski resort town of Chamonix.  

Since lighting up the internet with his fly-through of a bowling alley in early 2021, top contributor Jay Christensen has found himself in very high demand for his first person view (FPV) fly-through video content.  Case in point is this video, which he created in connection with a National Hockey League game broadcast on the ABC and ESPN TV networks.   It's a fly-through of Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida, which was created in connection with a broadcast of a game between the hometown Tampa Bay Lightning and the New York Rangers.  

Top contributor and first person view (FPV) drone pilot dronujemy_com earned himself another spot on the FPV Pilots to Watch list with this fantastic FPV fly-though from one of the largest football stadiums in Poland.  The Municipal Stadium in Poznań (Stadion Poznań) is located in the Grunwald District of Poland's fifth-largest city.  The occasion for the fly-through was the 100th anniversary of the Lech Poznań, the professional football team that makes its home here.  Completed in 1980, the stadium currently seats about 43k fans.
