Former AirVuz employee Jay Christensen hit the big-time with this fantastic first-person view (FPV) drone video from a famous bowling alley in Minneapolis.  In a single shot, the "cinewhoop" style quad flies into the front door of Bryant Lake Bowl (located just a few km/mi. south of downtown), follows the course of a ball down an alley and then provides a look at the equipment behind the pins.  In the days following its release, this piece became one of the most-viewed FPV videos of all time and was the subject of countless news stories.  This video was a DVOY finalist in 2021.

Top contributor druno brings us this fantastic first person view (FPV) drone fly-through of a well-known mansion in Central Italy.  It's called the Villa Farnese (not to be confused with the Palazzo Farnese in Rome), and it's a pentagon-shaped manor in Viterbo, one of the provinces of the Lazio region.  Considered one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture, the mansion was constructed in the 16th century by the powerful Farnese family.  It's now Italian state property and operated by the Museum Center of Lazio.

Top AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot managed to use his "cinewhoop" style FPV drone to film an important American historical landmark: Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest plantation house in Bedford County.  The USA's third President inherited the property in 1773, but the construction of the house and plantation didn't begin until 1806, during his second administration.  The video features both external and internal footage of the house, which was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1971.

Here's a unique first person view (FPV) drone look of something most of us have never seen before from any perspective: the construction of a new subway line.  AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot noclipfpv managed to fly his FPV quad through the new tube being built to extend Line 14 of the Paris Métro.  One of 16 lines of the fabled subway system in the City of Light, Line 14 runs on a northwest-to-southeast axis through the center of the city.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in October, 2021.

Team AirVuz pilot nurkfpv got the amazing chance to fly his cinewhoop first person view (FPV) drone around helicopters, spaceships and even Air Force One at the National Museum of the United States Air Force, the world's oldest and largest military aviation museum. While these remarkable aircraft have the potential to be airworthy again, they have been purposefully preserved in their original state to keep them as records of Air Force history.  This incredible trip around the hanger put Nurk back on our FPV Pilots to Watch list in March 2020.

How's this for a cool spot to fly a first person view (FPV) quad: a nuclear power plant control room!  Yes, you read that correctly.  Talented AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot Dstrux FPV was somehow able to fly his "cinewhoop" style FPV quad through the control room of a nuclear power plant.  Actually, it's a de-commissioned plant in South Carolina called the Government Training Facility, which was made available to FPV pilots for the Rotor Riot Rampage in 2022.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in July, 2022.

Check out this first person view (FPV) "fly through" of one of the newest attractions in Hong Kong: M+, a museum of visual culture.  The video was shot in anticipation of the museum's opening in the second week of November, 2021.  The museum, which is dedicated to 20th and 21st century visual culture, is one of the centerpieces of the West Kowloon Cultural District.  The district is located on 40 acres of reclaimed land in the Yau Tsim Mong District.  This video was picked for the FPV Pilots to Watch list in October, 2021.

Take a first person view (FPV) drone tour of one of the USA's most storied college hockey arenas in this excellent drone video by contributor ethanschultz.  The video is an FPV fly-through of 3M Arena at Mariucci, the home of the Minnesota Gophers Men's Hockey team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Opened in 1993, it's located on the UofM's main campus and seats up to about 10k fans.  In 2007, the arena was named one of the top ten venues in college sports by Sports Illustrated.  This video made the FPV Pilots to Watch list in April, 2022.

Founded in 1988, the Newcastle Museum is in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. The original museum was at the old Castlemaine Brewery building until 2008, then in 2011 the location seen in this video  was opened at the old headquarters of the Great Northern Railway. Pilot CLIFFORD FPV takes us on a unique cinewhoop tour through the museum and its various galleries, giving any prospective attendee a new view of what they might see. For a first upload to AirVuz, brand-new contributor Olivier Goarant brings us this excellent first person view (FPV) drone tour of a luxury resort property on Mexico's Mayan Riviera.  The video opens with some nice outdoor "establishing" shots, showing the resort's setting on the blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.  Then you'll be taken down closer to ground level to see the hotel's expansive pool system and gardens, and will be taken inside the property.  The video was filmed with a DJI Avata drone.

Talk about cinematic cinewhoop style FPV.  Top AirVuz contributor and FPV plot Whofpv got the rare opportunity to fly his HD FPV micro-drone through an empty NASCAR garage. There he was able to float through, around, under and over nearly a dozen of the high-powered vehicles with impressive precision and flow. Watch this behind-the-scenes video and you’ll catch glimpses of engines, frames, and many partially finished stock cars just waiting to fire up and get on the race track.  This made the FPV Pilots to Watch list in April, 2019.
