Today's racing drones equipped with first person view gear are capable of diving the world's tallest skyscrapers. In this piece by FPV pilot drew.drones, you'll get a one-of-a-kind perspective of one of China's tallest skyscrapers: the 101 story Shanghai World Financial Center. Standing 492 meters (1.6k ft.), it was the city's tallest building when completed in 2008. The second-tallest as of 2020, its trapezoid-shaped hole makes it one of the world's most distinctive modern skyscrapers.

Sedona | Feelin' Like A Bird

Drone pilot JZFPV has got us feeling like a bird indeed, and most likely the happiest of them all as he cruises around the otherworldy views of Sedona, Arizona. The gorgeous rock formations pushing up from the grounds of the Arizona desert give this pilot plenty of obstacles to artistically cruise around. Watch as he surfs along the ridges, dives down the cliffs, and rolls around in the gaps between proving that amongst everything else cool about this geographic gem, the best place to be is in the air.

He combined footage from a DJI Mavic Pro 2 with that from an FPV racing quad to provide an amazing perspective on some of the world's most beautiful scenery. Watch how he "sets up" the FPV shots with stabilized footage from the DJI drone to capture some of southern Iceland's iconic sights like its black sand beaches, glacial lagoons, and the famous DC-3 wreck.

AirVuz contributor and first person view (FPV) pilot VerJan FPV clearly knows how to rock a GoPro...so much so that last year, he was one of the winners of the GoPro Hero 7 Black Million Dollar Challenge! In this video, he went after it again with the next=generation GoPro Hero 8 Black strapped to his racing drone, and he chased after the some adrenaline junkies and their B.A.S.E. jumping antics in the canyons of Utah. For this incredible piece, we reserved a spot for him on our FPV Pilots to Watch list in February, 2020.
