10 31 2017 Vortex150 Chasing Olga the Ogar SZD-45

Met up with John Kennedy who had just finished building my SZD-45 Ogar powered glider. I figured I would use this time to also take my ImmersionRC Vortex 150 out for a run since updating it to betaflight 3.2.1. This is using stock setup as far as motors etc and is running on some Lumenier 850mAh 4S lipos. The specs for the SZD-45 are: Wing span 98.5in (2500mm) Wing area: 667 sq. inches (43 sq dm) Flying weight: 48Oz (1360g) Fuselage length: 45in (1145mm) It's running an AR61000 6 channel spektrum receiver with a 30 amp ESC on a 2200mAh 3S lipo. Future plans. Put the vector in it with some 1.3Ghz Long range video and a TBS Crossfire. I hope you all enjoyed this, and there's plenty more to come.
