A Dutch ROYAL palace from above | Soestdijk

Brand-new contributor Google Earth Nerd brings us this excellent drone video of a famous royal estate in the Netherlands. It's called Soestdijk Palace, and it's located in the central province of Utrecht. It formerly belonged to the House of Orange-Nassau, which has provided the country's kings and queens for nearly five centuries. Originally a 17th century hunting lodge, the palace was significantly modified in the 19th century. The home of Queen Julianna until her death in 2004, it was recently sold to a private investor.
