The heart of the Amazon River Basin in Brazil is the state of Amazonas, a massive territory which covers the northwestern corner of the country.  The state's land area totals almost 1.6k square km (a bit over 600k square mi.), an area roughly the size of Western Europe.  In this drone video by contributor Drone-X, you'll get an aerial tour of this massive Brazilian state as well as Amazon Basin territory in its neighboring states. It includes some great footage of Manaus, the Amazonas state capital and the largest Amazon Basin city.
