An unboxing and review of the All In One micro cameras of the fast growing AKK Technologies.
the AKK A1 is versatile 25mW AIO camera with cloverleaf antenna and a clear display for band and channel. the lens is claimed to be 120 degrees of view, but offers a slightly wider FOV. the focus is correct out of the box and light handling is very good. the range is a bit over wat you'd expect of a 25mW vtx. the signal stays clear and crisp for a great distance. it works on 3,2V -5V and consumes roughly 200mA.
the AKK BS2 AIO camera is even smalller than the A1. the camera is of the same quality and has perfect focus out of the box. the BS2 has 2 rows of led's to state band and channel, which are very bright led's. it comes with a whip(dipole) antenna. don't be fouled by the whip antenna though, the range is even better than the A1!
the very small form factor (10X15X15mm) and very light weight, make it perfect for micro brushed quadcopters. the power consumption of the 25mW system is just over 185mA which is pretty low and great for lightweight low mAH lipo carrying quadcopters.
the BS2 is my favorite due to the lightweight and small form factor and yet has great specs.
