Prepare to be blown away by this spectacular first person view (FPV) drone video of a top skier in the US Rocky Mountains, compliments of top AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot Nicolas Gaillard. In a highly cinematic production, he filmed the legendary French skier Richard Permin hitting the backcountry slopes in the heart of the USA's top skiing region. The video features some phenomenally good "chase" footage, and is testament to the power of FPV mini-drones to capture freeride skiing from an entirely new perspective.

Embark on a cinematic FPV journey, following skiers in the beautiful Alpine scenery of the US. For those of you who know me, you know how much I love skiing. So when Freeski legend Richard Permin called me to come to shoot with my FPV drone on a ski trip in the US, it was a dream opportunity.
