Description: "Whether it's on social media, or with friends in person, you now have the opportunity to capture aerial shots and share like never before."
Builders of the latest drone to hit the market say they’re not aiming at your typical drone buyer, or flyer…
The ad you just saw was for the ‘Breeze’ drone… It’s makers say it’s sole purpose- is getting pictures and video of you, up on social media.
Yuneec- who makes the Breeze, says this drone is all about photo-sharing sites like Instagram. It features a camera that shoots 4K video, and can take 13 megapixel photos.
Designers have tried to take much of the hassle out of flying the drone; you control it on your smartphone, and can use five preset flights, including follow and selfie modes. Infrared positioning sensors help keep it from crashing, and the Breeze has an auto landing feature.
But what about getting all that great video or cool photos online? The company says it’s simple- their app can post to several sites- including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Where can you get the Breeze? several stores and online sellers have it- including Horizon Hobby dot com. Expect to pay about 500 bucks.
