Above the Fog / Über dem Nebel (Seelenberg, Taunus, Germany)

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : For a first upload to AirVuz, new contributor and drone pilot Dronesco Videokulturebe brings us this excellent aerial video from Germany's Taunus Mountains. The Taunus are located a bit north of Frankfurt, in the state of Hesse. They form part of a larger system called the Rhenish Uplands, which also cover parts of Belgium, Luxembourg, and northeastern France. The highest peak of the Taunus is Großer Feldberg, which has a summit elevation of about 880 meters above sea level, or just under 2.9k ft..

Last week when the towns around the Taunus were covered in fog I headed to Seelenberg, a small but nice town which is actually the second highest in the Taunus. There I was able to get some nice cinematic drone shots with my Mavic Air 2. Even though it looks like early morning, it was 4 pm - thankfully no need to get up early to get some nice shots! I edited it on my mobile using Lumafusion. I did not color grade this time (except for the shot in the beginning) since I thought the colors already looked nice and I was kind of lazy Really looking forward to getting a new computer early next year. Editing is going to be so much more fun then (though I think Lumafusion does an awesome job for a video editing software on a mobile phone).
