Description: Dresden Castle, or Royal Palace, was built in the 1500's and over its 400 plus years, has held the electors and kings of Saxony. Today, the residential castle is a museum complex and is known for not only the art it contains, but for its own breathtaking architecture. Throughout its many renovations, we now see both its Baroque and Neo-renaissance influences, and can take all of its beauty in from above.
