American Queen in Hannibal, Missouri

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Bumble Bee Productions created this drone video of a riverboat docked on the Mississippi River in Hannibal, Missouri.  This medium-sized town in the northeastern corner of the state has an indelible connection to American literature.  Hannibal was the home of Samuel Clemens, who took the pseudoname of Mark Twain and was one of the great 19th century American authors.  Hannibal was thinly disguised as St. Petersburg, the scene of Twain's twin epic novels the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1884) and the Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876).
