Attenuation (Betaflight 4.0 D Cut, Thrust Linearization, and D Only TPA)

Ok more annoying reading! If you're not the type to read, keep scrolling :D I was asking around a bit about how D term relates to a few of the new experimental features in Betaflight 4.0, particularly the relationship between the new D cut feature, the thrust linearization feature, and the TPA D only calculations. As a result of those conversations, I did some tweaking on my AMAXInno build with the T-Motor 5143 props. I set the TPA to 0, and set thrust_linear = 50, left the D cut settings at stock, tweaked the PIDs a tad, and took it for a spin! This is some footage from 2 packs and I'm quite pleased! You can hear the D really kicking hard (chirping) on rapid stick movements, but the motors run cool and smooth at low throttle. I think I can still tweak things a tad on the d cut settings, and I'm still getting a tiny bit of jitter that can most likely be tuned out with the filters, but I was impressed at how it handled overall.
