Bric formally Know as the old IBM Building Developed in the late 1960’s by IBM as its North American Research and Development facility, Boca Raton Innovation Campus is home to the invention of the first personal computer. The office park has been significantly upgraded from 2005 to present and is touted for its iconic Marcel Breuer architecture. BRIC is The largest office complex in the state of Florida, BRiC consists of three interconnected facilities located on 123-acres of beautifully maintained land with a lake situated in the center of the property, offering supreme office views and walking paths.
