For the ~3 years I have considered Baylands Park my home field, I have always been amazed by the experimental, prototype, and super-customized multirotors that pop up to 'try their wings'... I've been privileged to see everything from 2" racers on up to giant box toting drones hoping to garner the attention of nearby VC dollars... and in some cases, I have been lucky enough to BUILD and FLY a few prototypes myself. In this post, I'm flying the QuadRevo RageX 5"... attempting to rip with no (er, uh, *less*) abandon.
Also, AlderBoy (Josh) and QuadRevo (Moh) are out testing a new canopy design for the RotorX Atom that will allow installation of a standard HS1177 flight cam... and in the future, the new Swift Mini... yes indeed, that CCD cam you've always wanted on your Atom... Josh and Moh show the TPU print installed on a 3" and 4" Atom.
Flying my old trusty: QuadRevo RageX (prototype) R2D2, Dodo, PowerOSD Pro 2, LB30, Lumie 2206/2350, XSR, HS1177/2.8, FX799, DAL5045Tri, BF 3.0.1, BLHeli MultiShot, 4K/4K/32K unsynchronized, GoPro Session5. Taranis X9D, Fatshark DomHD v2 with LaForge Diversity v2
