Big Boy - The last of the world's largest steam engines is roaring across the U.S. on a cross country tour. Union Pacific took delivery on Engine 4014 in December of 1941 and was retired in December 1961, having traveled 1,031,205 miles in its 20 years in service. To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the transcontinental railroad, the 600-ton steam engine was restored for fans to witness on its trek across the southwest.
