Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia - Istanbul (2018)

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

In this drone video by iskenderfilm, you'll get bird's eye views of two of the most famous mosques of Istanbul, Turkey.  Hagia Sophia actually predates the religion of Islam; it was built in the 6th century AD as a church.  When the then-city of Byzantium fell to the Ottomans in the 15th century it was converted to a mosque; now it's actually a museum.  The Sultan Ahmed Mosque, aka the Blue Mosque, was built in the early 17th century. Both landmarks lie on the western (European) side of the city, south of the Golden Horn.
