Break in the Weather

Every now and then I still get to actually fly! After weeks of rain, fog, and cloudy skies, it finally cleared up enough during a time when I could actually get out and put some packs in! Got one pack in on my new Rooster build and a couple packs on my 6" QAV-R with Lumenier ButterCutter 6x4 props with a prototype test material. I was pleased to see they were virtually vibration free with no changes to the tune over the previous version. Tune needs a bit of tightening up, but not bad. Unfortunately I left my good GoPro plugged in at work this weekend, so I was stuck with my OG Hero Session. This was just clips from one pack I recorded on the 6" quad. Wasn't feeling particularly inspired, and it's been a month since I last flew a full session (just some front yard test flights and whooping), but it felt good to get some time on the sticks. 6" certainly feels different though, it's been a while!
