Budapest / Buda Castle night

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Contributor antalimi.hu created this beautiful aerial video of Buda Castle, one of the landmarks of the Hungarian capital Budapest and widely considered to be one of the finest Baroque palaces.  The original structure was built in the 13th century on the Buda (western) side of the Danube River.  It was essentially rebuilt in the mid-18th century, and again following its near-destruction during World War II.  The castle was the home of the Kings of Hungary through the dissolution of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at the end of World War I.
