Buritaca, Santa Marta desde un drone // Drone Travels

Colombia's Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is one of the world's tallest coastal mountain ranges.  Not part of the Andes range, these mountains reach a peak altitude of 5.7k meters above sea level (18.7k ft.) just 42 km (26 mi.) from the country's Caribbean Sea coastline.  With mountains that close, it makes for some incredible looking beaches.  As an example, check out this drone video of the beaches of Buritaca, compliments of AirVuz contributor Drone Travels.  The beach is about an hour's drive east of the city of Santa Marta.
