Carlsbad Veterans Memorial Park

A flight around our Veterans Memorial Park. Which we do have quite few vets mentioned here that were in the Batan Death March in WW2. The Huey seen here was a recent editon within the last year. Also on this past Vets day (2021) The last pilot to it fly spoke at the ceremony. Pretty cool. There are quite a few vets listed here on the plaques that surround the park and it's an honor to be able to see these names here from past residents who didn't make it back.
