Castel Sant'Angelo - Rome
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
New AirVuz contributor Droni&Droni brings us this excellent drone video of one of the most famous landmarks of Rome: the Mausoleum of Hadrian, also known as Castel Sant'Angelo. Commissioned by the Emperor Hadrian, the structure was completed in 139 AD and was the tallest in Rome for centuries. It's located in the Parco Adriano district on the northern (right) bank of the Tiber River and just east of the Vatican. Converted into a papal castle and fortress in the 14th century, it's now a museum.

Castel Sant'Angelo (or Mole Adrianorum or Castellum Crescentii in the X-XII century), also known as Hadrian's mausoleum, is a monument in Rome, located on the right bank of the Tiber opposite the pons Aelius (current Sant'Angelo bridge), a short distance from the Vatican, between the Borgo and Prati districts; it is connected to the Vatican State through the fortified corridor of the "passetto". The castle was radically modified several times in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
