New edit I finished today, all the other ones up until now have just been old stuff. Anyways this was filmed the same day I filmed the other Arsenale video. We start inside the Arsenale and then move on outside to the rest of the mall. Filmed with a gopro 7 cinewhoop and the drifter is called Fiik Drifter. Daily Background So it took almost a year of building and crashing racing dones to get good at keeping the drone up in the air for longer than a week. Its a lot of work, especially considering that these racing frames are open so the slightest rock in the wrong place could just cause it to stop functioning. There is a lot of maintenance and the hobby is always bringing in new things. The problem with new things is there is no consistency so I try to find my one setup that works and stick to if for a while till something really catches my eye. One giant change was the transition from a gopro session 5 to a gopro hero 7. The hero 7 weigh about 40g more and is wider. This ruins aerodynamics and starts to cause problems with PID tuning and filters. Its a huge difference that starts to make your drone fly significantly worse. So this little small change in the cameras weight made me learn how to tune my PIDs. Well thats enough backgrounding for today.
