DRCongo - Yaligimba

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Courtesy of SJetMan, here's a rare drone's-eye view of one of the largest and most important countries of Africa: the Democratic Republic of the Congo.  Formerly known as Zaire, it's the largest Sub-Saharan country by land area and the fourth-most populous on the continent.  The DRC was a Belgian colony from 1908 to 1960.  It plunged into internal strife in the late 1990's sparked by chaos in neighboring Rwanda; by some measures, its two-decade civil was has been the world's bloodiest since World War II.
