Every moto rider that has been to La Paz, Bolivia probably has had to take a ride on the "Death Road" The road got its morbid nickname due to the extremely high number of fatalities that occurred on a yearly basis. Some sources say that at it's peak, there was an average of 300 deaths per year. It is most likely less now that a proper asphalt road has been constructed to connect La Paz and Coroico which makes the "Death Road" an option instead of the only path. Watch our video and decide for yourself if the "Death Road" is as scary as it sounds. For us, it was a bit narrow, a bit rough but it was worth it because the scenery is marvelous! Enjoy our video
