Desolate Minneapolis

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Top AirVuz contributor Fit Lam Studios created this excellent aerial mini-tour of a very quiet and empty-looking Minneapolis, Minnesota during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Spring of 2020. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz ordered the closure of non-essential businesses on March 16, which was followed by a shelter-in-place order that went into effect on March 27. These social distancing measures seemed to have the intended effects; as of mid-April Minnesota had one of the lowest per-capita infection rates.
