Dimitrios II Shipwreck Paphos Cyprus

AirVuz contributor and pilot Iain Jordan created this beautiful drone video of a well known shipwreck off the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.  The ship is the MV Demetrios II, a Honduran-flagged vessel which ran aground in March, 1998 near the lighthouse of Paphos, a harbor town on the western end of the island.  The ship had been carrying a load of timber from Greece to Syria.  Fortunately, the ship's eight crew members were evacuated to safety via a British military helicopter.
