The building is the 64 story Torre KOI, and it's located in the northern city of Monterrey. With an architectural height of 917 ft. (just under 280 ft.), Torre KOI is the tallest building in Monterrey and the second-tallest in Mexico as of 2022. The building represents the last phase of a mixed-use development called the VAO Complex in the city's Valle Oriente District.
