Congratulations to our Drone Video of the Week Winner Best Drone Footage Oregon 4K | DJI Mavic AIR - Wonders of Oregon by Javi Mora! Drone pilot Javier Mora Marín (HAV-IER MORA MAREEN) says a friend of his insisted he come to Oregon and see it’s beauty for himself. Living in Spain, he had never heard of Oregon - only of the typical American states like California and New York. His friend took him to see one of the state’s waterfalls and he fell in love. Along the way, he and his friend Jamie went to Silver Falls, God’s Thumb, Painted Hills, Smith Rock, Mount Hood, and many lush forests. Javier said his main goal for the trip was to climb Mount Hood - they scheduled the entire trip around it! After 15 days of rain and snow, he was finally able to climb it alone with his skis and his drone in tow. Flying at 11,249 ft. in April, however, proved to be quite challenging! Javier says he’s still a newbie when it comes to flying his Mavic Air and editing. This was his first aerial video he edited with Adobe Premiere! We think it turned out pretty well.
