Drone tribute to Prince

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : AirVuz' own Tyler Mason created this moving aerial tribute to Prince, the international pop star from Minneapolis, Minnesota who passed away unexpectedly in April, 2016. One of the world's most well-known Minnesotans, his death produced an outpouring of recognition from his many fans in the city he called home. The video beautifully captures the largest of these public tributes, at Prince's recording studio Paisley Park in Chanhassen, a southwestern suburb of the Twin Cities.

On Thursday, the music world lost an icon, and Minnesota lost one of its own. I put together a tribute video to Prince, using some images of the memorials at First Avenue in Minneapolis and Paisley Park in Chanhassen, as well as some aerial footage. RIP Prince.
