AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The republic of Latvia has a proud history dating to medieval times. An independent country since the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, its capital city Riga is a well preserved port on the Baltic Sea. Riga was a member of the Hanseatic League of Baltic port cities which dominated the trade of northern Europe during the Middle Ages, and the old city is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Drone pilot Chris Berg used his DJI Mavic Pro to create this stunning aerial tour of the country, most of which is shot in and around Riga.
