Eibsee: the german caribean lake in the alps

Check out this stunning drone video of Germany's brilliantly colored Eibsee Lake. It's situated in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, about a one hour drive southwest of the state capital of Munich. The lake sits near the base of Germany's highest mountain peak: Mt. Zugspitze, which has a maximum elevation of 2.95k meters above sea level or about 9.7k ft. The lake is sometimes called the Maldives of Bavaria due to the brilliant color of its waters. The video was shot over the course of a day, from sunrise to sunset.
