AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Piton de la Fournaise is a shield volcano on the eastern side of Reunion island in the Indian Ocean. It is one of the most active volcanos in the world, its last eruption was in February of 2019, which is when drone pilot ILOTDRONES headed to the island to capture the hot lava spew from the volcano's core. The volcano is a major tourist attraction on the island and is located in the Reunion National Park is a World Heritage site.
