FPVing Downhill Longboarders in Colorado
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Longboarding is an action sport which is made for drones. Specifically, first person view (FPV) drones, which have the speed and maneuverability to keep up with longboarders capable of reaching speeds of 100 km/hr (60 mph) or more. To see what we're talking about, check out this amazing video by AirVuz contributor and FPV pilot nikofilmz. He was able to use a racing quad to film a group of longboarders coming full-barrel down a hill in Colorado in the USA's Rocky Mountains region.

20mph gustyness is challenging to fly not only due to high turbulence but also because your fingers freeze instantly. By the end of each flight @doctor.carter and I were struggling to land because our fingers were completely numb. Nonetheless, we had a blast chasing some of the raddest dudes down this mountain road. Going 50mph with your body only a few inches from asphalt is not for the faint hearted - it's basically sandpaper at that speed! 🤘 Badass skaters: Roy Wolf Jr., Lyle Hansberger, Dan Preiner Music: Tourist - Elixir
