Fleeting Moments of Timelessness

I have always been fascinated with the kaliadescope since i was a kid, wonderful patterns and colors looking thru a tube you twisted. I decided to take that concept up a few notches to the 21st century and make a video to acheive that look, but with the twist of using video and not just stills and using only footage shot from a drone. The drone gives a great new perspective and lends itself well to natural patterns that work well. The surprise is not knowing what footage will look good until you render it out in After Effects. This is a long process as it takes about an hour or more to render each clip, with final edit done in Sony Vegas.
