Foinikoúnta Greece

Check out this drone video of a beautiful fishing village in southern Greece, compliments of AirVuz contributor and pilot walkinginhellas.  The town is called Foinikounta, and it's located near the end of the westernmost of the "fingers" which extend from the larger Peloponnese Peninsula.  Located roughly halfway between the towns of Methoni and Koroni, Foinikounta is known for its beautiful beaches.  The village was founded in the 1840's, on the remains of what is believed to have been a Phoenician settlement.
