Finally had the chance to test the RunCam Split! I think it's overall an awesome camera, you just need to get used to the CMOS sensor, because it has a bit higher latency than CCD camera (anyway it's on par with the RunCam Eagle), and different colors. The only thing I don't like it's the audio, but hey, you can't have everything. Overall an awesome offer, with endless possibilities to use, especially with micros!
