French Quarter Sunset

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Take in these beautiful sunset views from the French Quarter of New Orleans, compliments of AirVuz contributor and drone pilot Bumble Bee Productions. The "star" of the show is the St. Louis Cathedral, which sits in the historical and cultural heart of the Big Easy. The oldest cathedral in the USA, the current church was completed in 1850 on the site of an earlier version which dates to the early 1700's. It's located on Place John Paul II (part of Chartres Street), adjacent to Jackson Square.

The sun was setting and I found myself near the St. Louis Cathedral in New Orleans French Quarter. Cold but not windy and the sun just right and I decided to park along one of the side road a block from the infamous Bourbon Street and took to the air. Just a quick flight around this great and festive city.
