Frosty Loughcrew
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Contributor Drone Photography Ireland brings us this fantastic wintertime drone video from an important ancient ruins site in Ireland. The Loughcrew Cairns is a set of tombs in County Meath, about a 90 minute drive northwest of Dublin. It's believed that the tombs date to the 4th millennium BC. The tombs are connected by underground passageways and topped with mounds of varying sizes. One of the passageways is aligned in a manner such that the interior art is illuminated in a distinctive manner at the spring and autumn equinoxes.
