Check out this stunning drone video of an abandoned village in the mountains of Southern Russia, compliments of contributor and pilot airdag.  It's called Gamsutl, and it's located in the republic of Dagestan, one of the seven Federal Subjects (basically, provinces or oblasts) which make up the North Caucasus region of the country.  The village was constructed by the Avars, one of the native ethnic groups of the northeastern Caucasus region.  It's one of the oldest settlements in Dagestan.
