Genoese tower of Omigna

The Genoese Tower of Omigna is made of granite with feldspar crystals, located 20 meters above the sea.

The Genoese Tower of Omigna offers us a magnificent view from Capu Rossu to the Sanguinaires Islands. It measures 12 meters high and 8.5 m wide.

Departure: At the roundabout at the entrance to Cargèse, head towards Peru beach, go down to the beach (right end) and park at the end of the road. (Gate with Tour d’Omigna sign). Go down the steps and follow the path that runs along the coast.

Duration: 2 hours return. (2h30 doing the loop.)

Difficulty: None but summer... be careful of the heat, take water...
