Gilgit Baltistan by Drone Part 5

This video features more of the eastern portion of Gilgit-Baltistan deep within the Himalaya and Karakorum mountain ranges in what is known as the third pole of the world.  Here we travel along the Indus River at the outset followed by a meandering cruise over the Shigar River.  We then soar over the dunes of the Sarfaranga Desert near Skardu before topping over the undulating hills of the 12,000+ foot high Deosai Plateau, the second highest plateau on Earth.  The video closes with a shot of the Shyok Valley.
