AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Ulcinj is one of the cultural and historical treasures of the tiny Southeast European country of Montenegro. One of the oldest settlements on the Adriatic Sea, it's located on the southern end of the Montenegran coastline, just north of the border with Albania. Founded in the 5th century BC, Ulcinj has been influenced by Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman, and Venetian cultures (among others). You can see it above in this fantastic drone video by gezimmavric, which was picked as a Finalist for the Drone Video of the Week contest in May, 2021.

This town deserves a special attention of the visitors due to its beautiful combination of nature which was generous to this area like nowhere else - from the “meeting” of the Bojana River and the Adriatic Sea, through the 13km long Velika Plaža beach, to the Old Town which hides many mysteries of the past times. Stone houses are very colorful with charming romantic terraces, surrounded by tangerine trees and hidden in the curved cobblestone streets. Spending some time in New York City getting some editing done. Going through the archives and revisiting all the crazy experiences I've had over the year. Sharing some amazing footages when some friends and I were searching for some new perspectives for sunrise. 🌞 Ulcinj is a destination for those who enjoy soaking in the sun while swimming or surfing in the pristine waters of this extension of the Mediterranean.
