The video was primarily filmed in Istanbul, with shots of other locations around the country sprinkled into the mix. Starting at the :07 mark, you'll see the Grand Bazaar, one of the largest covered marketplaces in the world. Further on in the video, you'll see a Roman era aqueduct, the Golden Horn inlet, ship traffic on the Strait of Bosphorus, and more.
